Who handles the data?

What is collected?

Your email address, the page or campaign source that led you to the form, consent-version records, timestamps, your optional Tiny Letters choice and limited download-authorisation metadata. The site does not treat an Amazon click as a purchase.

Why is it used?

The email is used to provide the mini-book you requested and prevent unrestricted public access to the file. Tiny Letters is a separate optional purpose. The checkbox is never preselected, and a request is not an active marketing subscription until the address is confirmed.

How long is it kept?

Download authorisation expires after seven days. Other lead and consent records are kept only while needed to provide the requested service, document consent, operate the launch and meet applicable obligations. You may ask for deletion at any time.

Who receives it?

Data may be processed by the website hosting, database and—once connected—email delivery providers used to operate this service. It is not sold. A future email provider must support confirmation, unsubscribe and suppression before campaigns begin.

Site analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to understand aggregate traffic and real-user page performance. It is configured as privacy-first measurement: no advertising profile is created, and Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The site also keeps daily aggregate counts for key actions such as Amazon, Instagram and mini-book clicks; those counts contain only the action, page and campaign source—not an IP address, cookie ID or email. Operational Worker logs record route, response status, timing and release version, never submitted email addresses.

Little-problem submissions

The submissions desk asks only for the situation you choose to describe. Please leave out names, handles, contact details and information identifying other people. We store the text, a random submission reference, an optional related scene, source, review status and time in our private database. It is reviewed for possible future illustrations; the idea may be adapted, but the raw submission is not automatically published. We do not request an email address, create an account or subscribe you to marketing through this form.

Submissions expire after 180 days and a daily cleanup removes expired records. To limit spam, we briefly keep a one-way network-derived key in an hourly bucket. It expires within two hours and is removed by the daily cleanup. The raw network address is not stored in the submissions tables and the key is not used for analytics. Operational logs do not include the submitted text. For access or deletion, email hello@cutelittleproblems.com and include your submission reference.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw marketing consent and object where applicable. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe route. Withdrawing from Tiny Letters does not take away a mini-book already downloaded.
