What is collected?
Your email address, the page or campaign source that led you to the form, consent-version records, timestamps, your optional Tiny Letters choice and limited download-authorisation metadata. The site does not treat an Amazon click as a purchase.
Why is it used?
The email is used to provide the mini-book you requested and prevent unrestricted public access to the file. Tiny Letters is a separate optional purpose. The checkbox is never preselected, and a request is not an active marketing subscription until the address is confirmed.
How long is it kept?
Download authorisation expires after seven days. Other lead and consent records are kept only while needed to provide the requested service, document consent, operate the launch and meet applicable obligations. You may ask for deletion at any time.
Who receives it?
Data may be processed by the website hosting, database and—once connected—email delivery providers used to operate this service. It is not sold. A future email provider must support confirmation, unsubscribe and suppression before campaigns begin.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw marketing consent and object where applicable. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe route. Withdrawing from Tiny Letters does not take away a mini-book already downloaded.
